Know how your house will be categorized!

Here's an interesting post from a Denver blog. It's all about the way we (people) categorize and remember things. The makes that point that when she’s talking to potential home buyers about the homes they’ve looked at, they often refer to the homes by their outstanding characteristics —like The dirty one or the smelly one.

Make sure you take a hard look at your own home before you try selling it. How do you think potential buyers will refer to it?
