Here's an interesting post from a Denver Real Estate blog. It's all about the way we (people) categorize and remember things. The Real Estate agent makes that point that when she’s talking to potential home buyers about the homes they’ve looked at, they often refer to the homes by their outstanding characteristics —like The dirty one or the smelly one.
