Here's an interesting experiment. Today (December 19th 2006) 30 of the most influential real estate bloggers will exchange blogs in what is being called the equivalent of a "Yankee Swap". This sounds like a great way for local consumers and real estate agents to discover new voice in the real estate blogesphere.
